Hardware Installation
Figure 1: Take out the dongle from the bottom of the Ai voice mouse.

After a few seconds, when the computer recognize the dongle, turn on the Ai voice mouse to establish the connection between the mouse and the computer. Then, the normal mouse function is already available.
For more intelligent functions, users need to install TESS GIFT application software and connect the computer to the internet.
Software Installation
Windows operating system
- Software Installation Package Acquisition
Under normal use of the mouse, press and hold the mouse wheel for 7 seconds, then you can automatically open the download interface of the software.
If you are not installing for the first time, please download via the link https://aivoicemouse.com/download/
Click the download button for Windows 7/8/10/11 System.
- Software Fast Installation
First you need to unzip the downloaded file, then double-click the application file with “exe” suffix, click “next”.
After installation completed, the software will run automatically. A dialog box “Boot starts automatically” will appear on the screen, please tick and click “Done”.
Normally, a blue “TESS GIFT” icon will appear in the taskbar.
The “TESS GIFT” software icon may in a hidden taskbar.
If the icon shows “Unauthorized”, please go through “right click-run as administrator” to run the software.
As soon as you open “TESS GIFT”, the following prompt will appear on your computer screen, it means that the voice functions of the mouse can be used normally. If this prompt does not appear, please check your network connection.

After installing “TESS GIFT”, if the voice functions of the mouse cannot be used, please open “System Preferences” then click “Security and Privacy”, then authorize “Accessibility” permission to “TESSGIFT”

First you need to unzip the downloaded file, then Drag the icon of TESS GIFT into the Application folder to complete the installation.

- Set up Issue in First-time Installation
If your computer installed the software for the first time, the following hints will pop up.
Please open “System Preference”, find “Security & Privacy”, then select “Open Anyway” in the General Options.
Product Functions
Voice Search
Press and hold the voice search button, you will see a search pop-up window.
Then say the keyword of what we want to search on internet, such as ” Today’s Weather” and so on.
After releasing the voice search button, the Ai voice mouse will open the search engine (can be set by user), and search for the keywords we say automatically.
Voice Typing
Press and hold the voice typing button, you will see a microphone icon, then say the words / sentences we want to input our computer.
After releasing the voice typing button, the Ai voice mouse will type what we said into our computer.
Other Functions
The voice typing function can be accompanied by the translation function. If we press and hold the voice translation button and then say any content by any of 110 languages, the Ai voice mouse will first translate the speech content into target languages, and then typing into our computer.
The voice search function can be accompanied by the command function. We can add and set any keywords through “Personal setting – Add”, in order to achieve fast access to specific files, folders, web pages, shortcut keys, or quick entry of specific text.
The remaining power of the device can be displayed in real time, and a pop-up window will remind user when needs to be charged.
Application Setting
The operation interface language of the software application generally defaults to English. User can change it through the “Menu – Language”.
The “User Language” is used to set the language of the user’s voice input, and we can also set the language of the text output at the third line of the menu. (For example, according to the settings in the figure below, the user speaks French, converted to English text).
The “Text Translation/TTS” is used to realize the translation of the text. When we turn on this function, the selected text will be automatically recognized and translated into the target language we set.

Indicator Light
There is a belt type indicator light in the middle of the wheel of the mouse, to indicate the charging & working status of the mouse.
When we click any button of the mouse, there will be short blue light, indicating that the mouse is in the working state.
When the mouse is in the state of charging, this indicator will flash green, and after full charged, it will keep green on.
Precautions
- DPI is a parameter for user personal setting, the higher the setting value, the faster the cursor moves. The default DPI setting of this mouse is 1200 (Standard), and there are also 1000 and 1600 for options.
- In the static standby mode, the power consumption of the mouse is very low, so there is no need to turn it off deliberately. It is recommended to turn off the mouse when carring it in trip.
- We don’t need deliberate to pull out the dongle when we don’t use the mouse. If not use the mouse for a long time, we can pull out the dongle and store it at the bottom of the mouse.
- For the same model, each mouse and dongle can be matching use, just after a pairing process.
- The mouse is powered by a built-in lithium battery (3.7V-400mAh-1.48Wh). It is not recommended to dismantle or replace it by non professionals.
Safety Precaution
- As the mouse contains a built-in lithium battery, it can not be exposed to the sun for a long time or placed in a frozen environment, so as to avoid the risk of lithium battery.
- The working environment temperature of the mouse is 5°C~50°C. The charging environment temperature of the mouse is 10°C~45°C
- In some special environment, such as low air pressure or in flight, please do not charge the mouse to avoid the danger of lithium battery.
