Return & Refund Policy
We will provide the AI Voice Mouse with the best quality and best user experience. For new users, it will take a few days to get familiar with the voice function of the mouse and get used to the habit of using a voice mouse. If you have any questions about the use of the mouse, please contact us to solve the problem first. In case you are still not satisfied with the mouse and want to return it, please request a returm at any time within 30 days of the purchase date (the “Return Period”).

- All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn or altered, and with all their tags still attached.
- All items must be returned with their original boxes.
- All items must be returned in one package.
- For non-quality related return claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

- Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements
- It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired the 30-day window.
How to Return Your Order?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team by email@example.com to start the return process with the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the condition of the product
Step 2: Return the parcel back to the address as instructed by our customer service representative.
Step 3: Please contact us as long as the parcel is delivered to us or we will contact you the moment we receive your returned parcel.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Please note that if the product returned is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will deduct a 10-20% restocking fee from your refund.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If you purchased from a third party re-seller, please refer to their return policy as this varies accordingly.
